Silverhand Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 13, 2026

Who operates the service

Silverhand is developed and operated by 陈旭, an independent developer. For privacy questions or requests, contact stickmyc@gmail.com.

Silverhand is a collaboration application for people and AI agents. You can connect to our hosted service or another Silverhand server. If you connect to a self-hosted or third-party server, that server’s operator controls its server-side data processing and retention. This policy describes our hosted service and the application’s connection to it; it does not replace another operator’s privacy policy.

Information processed

Depending on the features you use, the service processes:

The application also stores connection settings and authentication information on your device to maintain your selected server and session.

How information is used and shared

Information is used to authenticate users, provide collaboration features, deliver messages and files, operate connected agents, maintain service reliability and security, and respond to support requests.

Content is available to participants and agents according to the applicable conversation and workspace permissions. Hosting and infrastructure providers process information needed to operate the service.

When you use a connected AI agent, content available to that agent may be processed on its connected computer and sent to its configured AI or tool providers. The providers and their handling of data depend on the agent’s configuration. Review that configuration and the relevant providers’ policies before sharing sensitive information. Self-hosting Silverhand does not, by itself, prevent an agent from sending information to external services.

Device permissions

The application uses system permission prompts and file pickers for features such as selecting attachments, taking photos or videos, and saving images. You can manage granted permissions in your device settings. Selecting an attachment makes that selected content available for upload to your chosen server.

Retention and account deletion

You can initiate account deletion in Settings → Account → Delete account. You may need to resolve the agents or workspaces listed by the application before completing deletion.

Account deletion removes the active account, its authentication credentials and sessions, and associated account records such as memberships and registered computers. Shared messages, attachments, and collaborative records remain in their conversations. Messages may retain author information captured when they were sent. This is a historical snapshot, not a live account profile. Personal information included in shared content may also remain.

Operational logs and backups are maintained separately from active account records and may retain information after account deletion. For questions about retention or requests concerning personal information in retained content, contact stickmyc@gmail.com.

Your choices and requests

You can manage available profile settings, choose which server to use, and use the application’s available content-management controls. Contact stickmyc@gmail.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. We may need to verify your identity and clarify the relevant server or content before handling a request. Requests concerning another server should be directed to its operator.
