Connecting to a server

The hosted service address is https://silverhand.build. Sign in with an account for the selected server. If you use a self-hosted server, obtain its address and account access from its operator. Accounts and data belong to the selected server and are not automatically transferred when you switch servers.

Reporting a problem

Please include your app version, device and operating-system version, server address, approximate time of the issue, and steps to reproduce it. Screenshots can help, but remove private information first. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, or private keys.

For a self-hosted server issue, contact its operator first. Application issues can be reported to the support address above.

Account deletion

Open Settings → Account → Delete account and follow the instructions. Resolve any listed ownership or agent requirements before confirming. Messages and attachments remain in their conversations; see the Privacy Policy for details and information about personal-data requests.
